This Potato Chaat is the perfect snack or side dish to tantalize your taste buds. Made with tender boiled potatoes, fresh veggies, and a medley of spices, it’s a delightful mix of textures and flavors that you can whip up in minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized boiled potatoes (peeled and cubed).
- 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds.
- 1 small cucumber optional (chopped).
- 1 small tomato (chopped).
- 1 small onion (chopped).
- 1 small green chili (optional, finely chopped).
- 1 tsp chaat masala.
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder.
- 1/2 tsp black salt (adjust as per taste).
- 1 tsp lemon juice or curd as per your choice.
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped, for garnish).
- Pomegranate seeds (optional, for a touch of sweetness).
Method:
- Boil the Potatoes: Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Once cooled, peel and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- Mix Veggies: In a large bowl, combine the sautéed potatoes with chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chili etc.
- Season: Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and black salt and curd . Mix well.
- Finishing Touch: Add lemon juice and mix (If you using curd avoid lemon )
