I realized the importance of my back when it started hurting.
After doing yoga therapy with Ritu for around 2 months I can manage my long working hours and household work without straining my back. And I feel If I stay consistent with my practice, I would be in best shape mentally and physically. I have been practicing yoga therapy with Ritu for last 3 months and the results are more than satisfactory. I was struggling with cervical pain and PCOS. Ritu gave undivided attention to my problems and did not give up until I was relieved of my issues. Ritu is a warm personality and her ability to heal you holistically is unparalleled. She has managed to cure my issues of scanty bleeding and irregular period successfully. Her only ask is to stay consistent and make the recommended changes to the lifestyle.

I was suffering from pain and discomfort in both my legs and a tingling sensation and was managing this pain with medicines. Never thought of trying an alternative treatment before meeting Ritu. I met Ritu through a common friend and started her sessions on a trial basis (as somewhere in my mind that yoga can heal almost everything) as we progressed with our regular sessions, massive change in my body was visible and the radiating pain episodes have been reduced drastically.
Today, lam off medicines and as a daily ritual all I need to do is attend my online sessions with Ritu and live a medicine free life. She is also a good mentor and holistic health coach. I thought of joining Yoga Classes after I gave birth to my first child. That's when someone mentioned me about Ritu's Yoga Classes.
I was very skeptical to join the classes after five months of my C-section.
