It’s a low-calorie meal option that’s ideal for those who want to enjoy a guilt-free appetizer or a light dinner.

Ingredients:

Fresh veggies of your choice (e.g., carrots, French beans, broccoli, sweet corn, cauliflower, etc.)

Method:

  • Simmer all the veggies in water and strain the vegetable stock.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of butter, oil, or ghee in a pan.
  • Sauté grated ginger, garlic, and veggies in the pan.
    Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer for a while.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Add lemon juice if desired (optional).
